I believe the next gig in Canterbury will be on the 27th of August 2005 at the King Willy.
Next, on the 24th of September, they are going to play at Music Center, Belgium for the opening of this huge complex dedicated to music and technologies. If you speek French and you live around Brussels, you can check out their website at www.music-center.be, it well worth it if you're planning to learn or improve your instrument, whatever your level, your needs...

UK Final Emergenza competition

The date is set, it will be on the 24th of July 2005.
We're still waiting for the tickets to arrive, since the Astoria wants to issue their own. So the time is still unknow, could be in the afternoon, could be in the evening, we don't know yet.

Canterbury: 9th July. Don't miss that one, it might be the last gig where you can see them live for free.... And we'll probably get the tickets by then, so you'll be able to buy some...

We're still waiting for the exact date for the Emergenza UK final, it
will be either the 17th or 24th of July.

The next gig at Canterbury will be on the 9th of July, I'll post more
details as soon as I've got them!!!

Wednesday 22nd June, MissesNice will be hosting the jam session at the Hat
Factory in Luton, so if anyone is interested in joining them on stage
or just playing your piece of music, you can check

Things have been very quiet the past months since the Emergenza took a

Emergenza Rock Competition

The second round of the international Rock Competition will be on the 28th of May 2005 at the Fox, West Kensington (see link "fox venue"). If there is any problem on the district line (highly likely to happen), take the piccadily line, stop at Barons Court and walk 5min on Talgarth Road towards West Kensington (check the link "Barons Court" to see the map).
On stage at 9.50PM.

Tickets are available from this Saturday at the price of £6. Reply to this post to book your ticket or e-mail me at missesnice@hotmail.com

If you're coming from Canterbury, a coach will be organised to London, see
John for details.

Statistically, to go through this round and participate to the London finale
which will be at the Astoria, we need at least 150 votes. Last time, we got
76 votes. So it's not mission impossible...

Which means that EACH ONE of you, who came last time and undoubtedly will
come back this time, has to convince ONLY ONE person to come. Very easy....

In doing so, we're almost sure to go to the finale :)

So I'm counting on you all to come, support us and bring at least one friend
with you.

Next MissesNice gig will be in Canterbury on the 23rd of April 2005 at around 8.30PM til 1AM.

They will be playing a mix of covers, Queen, Led zep, Beatles, Metallica, Beach Boys, Motorhead, ACDC, Vivaldi, Michael Jackson,... and original songs, Babe, Hello, Melody, Purple, Drunk, Barman, Boogie, I got a gun, and many many more....
